Rising On Air is a free distance learning solution that has reached children in 25 countries through 35 partners and was translated into 12 languages. It is licensed under the Creative Commons. It uses our proven, high-quality, structured curriculum content, redesigned for delivery via radio and SMS.

By sharing lesson scripts and pre-recorded audio for radio and SMS content, our goal is to help governments and other partners provide quality teaching and learning to millions of children shut out of school by the coronavirus pandemic.

Early years, lower primary, upper primary, and secondary content is already available, and we’re adding new resources every week.

**1. Download our free radio-ready scripts**.

A 20 week programme of free, downloadable, ready-to-air radio scripts. They cover literacy/language arts and numeracy/maths at five different levels across K-12, from early years to secondary school, with complementary content supporting teachers’ professional development and safeguarding and health messages to keep children safe during the crisis.

**2. Edit the scripts to meet your needs.**

Edit and tailor these scripts as much as you like. Add, adapt, abridge. Re-order, re-level, re-mix. Take as much or as little as you want, and make whatever changes you want to ensure it reflects your context, aligns with national standards and meets the needs of your communities.

Work with educators to record your adapted scripts in appropriate languages and local accents for the students and families you serve. Learn from other partners how to maximise the reach and impact of your broadcasts.
