Teachers

We are always looking for outstanding, highly motivated individuals to join our teaching faculty. We accept applications from suitably qualified candidates on a rolling basis. Successful applicants will then be contacted with details of the date, time and location of a forthcoming Teacher Assessment Centre.

Qualifications AND EXPERIENCE

  • Strong academic credentials: HTC Secondary and/or a bachelor’s degree is preferred; minimum of five WASSCE credits, including English and Mathematics
  • The highest levels of integrity, reliability and trustworthiness
  • Demonstrable passion for helping students learn
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Willingness to learn, give and receive feedback and try new approaches

ACADEMY MANAGERS

As we grow our network of quality schools, we are looking for dynamic Academy Managers who will champion the culture of the school, manage and get the best out of the staff, be the primary point of contact with parents and stakeholders, and oversee the financial operations of the school prudently.

  • Strong academic credentials, preferably a bachelor’s degree and strong WASSCE passes
  • The highest levels of integrity and trustworthiness
  • Excellent leadership skills and experience of managing others
  • Demonstrable entrepreneurial flair and ability to make things happen
  • Demonstrable commitment to improving the lives of young people in Sierra Leone
